Dr. Johanna Budwig’s Major Discovery
In 1952, Dr. Budwig wrote in a paper entitled On Fat Biology V. Paper Chromatography of Blood Lipoids, the Tumour Problem and Fat Research: "It is basically proven that highly unsaturated fatty acids are the heretofore undiscovered decisive factor in respiratory enzyme function", i.e. constitute the second part of the "equation" that nobelist Otto Warburg* had been unable to find. What sounds insignificant to the layman’s ears, is arguably one of the greatest breakthroughs in medicinal science: from that moment onward we have known that the highly unsaturated fatty acid is the decisive factor achieving the desired effect of cellular respiratory stimulation. Working in conjunction with sulfurated amino acids (protein), the highly unsaturated fatty acid plays a part, even the critical part, in the "bridging" taking place between fats and protein, in the absorption AND utilization of oxygen, in all growth processes, in the formation of blood and in many other processes. Working from this theory, Dr. Budwig was able to help a great many cancer patients with the scientific oil-protein diet of flaxoil plus cottage cheese she designed (the "Budwig diet"), which allows cancer cells to start "breathing" again. A few physicians followed in her footsteps, such as Dr. Dan C. Roehm from Florida or Dr. Robert E. This is how the Budwig diet mix is prepared: for each tablespoon of flaxseed oil, add 2 tablespoons of low-fat cottage cheese (or quark). The flaxoil/cottage cheese (quark) mixture should be fully blended until no traces of oil remain visible, proving that the highly unsaturated fatty acids have become water soluble (a hand-held mixer or a blender works well when you add some milk as suggested by Dr. Budwig).
For those who like to go into even more detail: using a measuring tablespoons of 15 ml, the flaxseed oil/cottage cheese (or quark) ratio is about 1:2 by volume (going by weight, the flaxseed oil/cottage cheese [or quark] ratio is about 1:2.4). It seems preferable to rather use a bit more cottage cheese (or quark) than too little. Dr. Budwig used 42 g flaxseed oil (3 tblsp) mixed with 100 g quark in her breakfast muesli, a central part of her diet.

Dr. Johanna Budwig’s Quark-Flaxoil Linomel Breakfast Muesli Recipe
Standard ingredients:- 3 tblsp flaxseed oil
- 2 to 3 tblsp raw milk
- 100 gr (6 tblsp) quark or cottage cheese
- 2 tblsp Linomel (or 4 tblsp freshly ground flaxseeds)
- 1 tsp honey
- fruits and fruit juices
- nuts (except peanuts)
- natural flavours
Put flax oil, milk and honey into the blender, mix and gradually add the quark or cottage cheese in small portions. Blend until you have a smooth and well homogenised mix. No oil must be visible. Add more milk if necessary. Change the flavour every day by adding nuts, vanilla, cinnamon, various fruits such as banana, berries, cocoa, grated coconut, fruit juices (these must be added last). Use grated apple and dried fruit such as raisins and dried apricots soaked in fruit juice in winter.
Cover the flaxseed and raw fruit layers with the flax oil/quark (cottage cheese) mix and optionally garnish with fruits and nuts.

Dr. Budwig restates these warnings in a somewhat different and less sweeping and ominous phrasing in the final sentences* of her last book Cancer - The Problem and The Solution where she writes: “I will add here a few sentences by American doctor Jan Roehm who studied and applied my therapy in great detail and who writes: ‘... You should follow this diet for about 5 years. By that time, your tumor should have completely disappeared. Persons who stop the diet too early (by eating meat and sweets) sometimes see their health rapidly deteriorate and cannot be saved after such a bodily torture.’”

Did Dr. Budwig specify a maintenance dose after remission has been achieved?
In contrast to what can be read in various places on the internet, Dr. Budwig seems to never have mentioned (judging by the 14 books of hers that I have) that once a terminal illness has been brought under control or into remission, one may reduce the daily amount of flax oil ingested by going on a maintenance dose of one tablespoon per hundred lbs. of body weight. In fact in light of the above excerpts this might be considered less-than-safe advice to give. Michael of oel-eiweiss-kost.de for instance feels that personally, he would at least stick to one portion of flaxoil/cottage cheese (or quark) creme per day (either in the form of the breakfast muesli, dessert, or salad sauce) which corresponds to 3 tablespoons.baking soda treatment breast cancer

Maple Syrup/Baking Soda Trojan Horse
Germs consume sugar to generate energy and grow but it cannot live in an alkaline body. Due to our bad acidic diet, the pH of bodies are acidic. My ORAL and urine pH was around 6.2. Desired is 7.4. Too high is 8.2+.
An acidic pH can occur from, an acid forming diet, emotional stress, toxic overload, and/or immune reactions or any process that deprives the cells of oxygen and other nutrients. The body will try to compensate for acidic pH by using alkaline minerals. If the diet does not contain enough minerals to compensate, a build up of acids in the cells will occur.
An acidic balance will: decrease the body’s ability to absorb minerals and other nutrients, decrease the energy production in the cells, decrease it’s ability to repair damaged cells, decrease it’s ability to detoxify heavy metals, make tumor cells thrive, and make it more susceptible to fatigue and illness. A BLOOD pH of 6.9, which is only slightly acidic, can induce coma and death.
By taking 1-2 tsp of Maple Syrup/Baking Soda regularly, I can maintain oral and urine pH around 7.4-7.8. This is the easiest way to boost pH in my body. If you have problems digesting food due to chemo and high pH, take some digestive enzymes and probiotics.
Maple Syrup/Baking Soda Trojan Horse
The sugar in the maple syrup is bounded with alkaline. If cancer cells or germs take in the sugar, the hidden alkaline will weaken or destroy it.
Trader Joe’s organic grade B maple syrup 3 parts. Bob’s Red Mill baking soda 1 part (this is aluminum free unlike Arm & Hammer).
Heat the maple syrup to a warm temperature to dissolve the baking soda (this need not be at a boil). Once warmed, stir in the baking soda for 5 minutes. Example: 90 tsp syrup, 30 tsp baking soda. Store this at room temperature. Make enough for 10 days, beyond which mold may grow.
The syrup/bicarbonate complex is brought into cancer cells or candida where it alters pH to uan unfavorable alkaline level.
For cancer patients use 5-7 teaspoons per day divided.
For candida or pH control use 3 teaspoons per day.

Protocol
Okay…here is how I took the baking soda/molasses/water mixture:
I started out with 1 teaspoon of baking soda with 1 teaspoon of Brer’ Rabbit Black Strap molasses and one cup of water. Not warmed or heated water. Just room temperature. Why Brer’ Rabbit molasses? Is it something special. No!….it is what I found in the cupboard (hahaha). But hey…maybe it was Brer’ Rabbit. Could it be a candidate for rainbow mania?
Next day – same thing. Third day – same thing. Fourth day – same thing. I am feeling fine and decide to up the dose. Bear in mind, I am new at this and everything I am doing is shooting from the hip. Hips, by the way, that are packing cancer (grin)!
On the fifth day I started taking the solution twice a day. I also started taking better notes and finally got some pH paper and sticks so I could measure my pH. My goal was to get to 8.0 to 8.5 pH and hold it for 4 to five days. I got those numbers from Larry and the internet. It is what he used when ‘doing’ the cesium protocol It is also what I saw on the net in a couple places where someone used cesium or baking soda to change their pH. I read that cancer cells become dormant at pH 7.0 and 7.5 plus or minus a few tenths (this is not an exact science and I am no scientist anyway) and kills them dead at 8.0 and 8.5.
That was my goal. To kill them dead and hoping that bone cancer was a willing victim. Especially with the help of molasses to sweeten the deal (groan). Larry told me about his theory about sugar as a carrier, and I am thinking what the heck – I will try anything. I think Larry was talking honey because he read it somewhere.
My pH measured 7.0 on the fourth day when I did a saliva pH test, and 7.5 when I did a urine pH test. Now didn’t know really how to measure or when to measure pH. I just did it randomly. I started recording the times on the sixth day.
Day six – still 2 teaspoons of baking soda with 2 teaspoon of molasses and 1 cup of water twice a day. The pH measured 7.25. Am I getting symptoms? Yes. I am feeling a little naseous. Not much, but a little quesy. I told Larry that my stool had a yellowish tinge. He said that was good. That is what happens with cesium. Also the nasea is good too. That means the something is coming out. Of course, I am hoping it is cancer.
Now on this day six I really started tracking. I am checking pH with Stix and Paper. I discovered that all pH papers or stix are not alike. I test saliva and the urine, but did not track which one at the time. Here are the times and dosages.
0645 – (Stix pH 7.25 & 7.75; Paper 7.5 Pee) (Stix 7.5 & 6.75 Saliva)
1400 – BSMBS2
1600 – (Stix pH 7.125 Saliva) (Stix pH 7.75 Pee)
2030 – BSMBS2
2345 – (Stix pH 8.0) – Felt a little Nausea
BSMBS2 means Black Strap Molasses and Baking Soda 2 teaspoons each. Add water.
Day seven – 06/08 1200 – (Stix pH 7.375 Paper pH 7.5+)
Getting excited now. My lips tingle a bit and I feel the beginning of Oxygen Euphoria. I was worried a little about the lips, but then recall Larry talking about that as being part of the cesium therapy. Now the Oxygenation feeling that is really something else. It felt like I was hooked up to a pure oxygen machine and my nostrils were as big as wheel barrows.
I am really hopeful now because I am under the impression that oxygen is what really kills cancer. I think it was Larry’s theory also. I am hoping that it likes killing bone cancer too!
Also on day seven I got aggressive and up the baking soda dosage to 3 teaspoons. This action even though I was getting slight headachy feeling. As you can see, I backed off to 2 teaspoons baking soda because I was getting a little nervous. Also, my headache was getting stronger. I vascilated between continuing with the higher dose or not. I really wanted to kill it. But I went with my feeling and reduced it.
1205 – BSM1BS3 Increased BS dosage to 3 teaspoons for this session
1800 – (Stix pH 7.75)
BSMBS2 got a little nervous about 3 teaspoons so I backed off
Day eight – I moved to doing the double dose three times a day. I want that pH to get up there. There could be some health issues with all this baking soda. But I already have health issues. I really don’t know what I am doing. I am going by feel. The pH is doing good.
06/09 0600 – (Stix pH 7.7
1000 – BSMBS2
1900 – (Stix pH 8.25)
1905 - BSMBS2
2345 – BSMBS2
Day nine – A little diarrhea but not much. I am feeling a little weak, but again, not much. Later as I thought back, it would have been a good idea to up my potassium intake. Larry mentioned that it is a must to take high dosage of potassium with cesium. My symptoms I am getting from baking soda are copying what Larry said are cesium taking symptoms. So next time I do baking soda I will add more potassium. That may help up my energy. Later I will let you know what vitamins and minerals I took while on this protocol. I sure like the oxygen feeling.

Note: Headache most of the day and part of yesterday. Sweaty late at night. Cut back to BSMBS2 only twice today.
Day eleven – my last day before I am scheduled for the big test. The body scan, that is, to check on the condition of my bones to see what is going on with the cancer.
06/12 0800 - (pH 8.0 and 7.5) Going down to 2 times a day
0910 – pH 7.25
0920 – BSMBS1.5
Note: dropped to 1.5 teaspoons to see if it would help control headache. Loose stool and slight headache. Sweaty last night.
1020 – More diarrhea with slight yellow tinge. Note: cutting back because I felt like it. I felt like I was getting overloaded. I probably would not have dropped back if I was not going to have Body Scan at hospital tomorrow.
1300 – pH 8.35
So there you have it. That was my last day before the scan. I was hoping that I had reached my goal of maintaining pH 8.0 or above for 4 to 5 days. It may have been a stretch, but I think I reached it. Because of the differences in the pH papers and stix I was not 100% confident that I did enough. If I was not going to hospital the next day I would have continued for a few more days….Why did I quit? I really don’t know. Sometimes I just do things. Believe me I was nervous.
As you can see I named this dance “I got hit by a Rainbow.” Now remember….my dosage of Baking Soda is what I used – each person is different. I would suggest that you use muscle testing; or like in my case – I used dowsing to find out what dosages to take. When I took the BS, I did not use anything to figure out what to take. I just did it!
Now when I did take it I did not take it in regards to whether or not bicarbonate of soda would interfere with my digestion process. So if I were someone taking BS to change my pH I would take the baking soda solution two hours before or 2 hours after eating. Gotta give those stomach acids time to digest food.

My goal was to get to 8.0 to 8.5 pH and hold it for 4 to five days. I got those numbers from Larry and the internet. It is what he used when ‘doing’ the cesium protocol It is also what I saw on the net in a couple places where someone used cesium or baking soda to change their pH. I read that cancer cells become dormant at pH 7.0 and 7.5 plus or minus a few tenths (this is not an exact science and I am no scientist anyway) and kills them dead at 8.0 and 8.5.
That was my goal. To kill them dead and hoping that bone cancer was a willing victim. Especially with the help of molasses to sweeten the deal (groan). Larry told me about his theory about sugar as a carrier, and I am thinking what the heck – I will try anything. I think Larry was talking honey because he read it somewhere.
My pH measured 7.0 on the fourth day when I did a saliva pH test, and 7.5 when I did a urine pH test. Now didn’t know really how to measure or when to measure pH. I just did it randomly. I started recording the times on the sixth day.
Day six – still 2 teaspoons of baking soda with 2 teaspoon of molasses and 1 cup of water twice a day. The pH measured 7.25. Am I getting symptoms? Yes. I am feeling a little naseous. Not much, but a little quesy. I told Larry that my stool had a yellowish tinge. He said that was good. That is what happens with cesium. Also the nasea is good too. That means the something is coming out. Of course, I am hoping it is cancer.
Now on this day six I really started tracking. I am checking pH with Stix and Paper. I discovered that all pH papers or stix are not alike. I test saliva and the urine, but did not track which one at the time. Here are the times and dosages.
0645 – (Stix pH 7.25 & 7.75; Paper 7.5 Pee) (Stix 7.5 & 6.75 Saliva)
1400 – BSMBS2
1600 – (Stix pH 7.125 Saliva) (Stix pH 7.75 Pee)

BSMBS2 means Black Strap Molasses and Baking Soda 2 teaspoons each. Add water.
Day seven – 06/08 1200 – (Stix pH 7.375 Paper pH 7.5+)
Getting excited now. My lips tingle a bit and I feel the beginning of Oxygen Euphoria. I was worried a little about the lips, but then recall Larry talking about that as being part of the cesium therapy. Now the Oxygenation feeling that is really something else. It felt like I was hooked up to a pure oxygen machine and my nostrils were as big as wheel barrows.
I am really hopeful now because I am under the impression that oxygen is what really kills cancer. I think it was Larry’s theory also. I am hoping that it likes killing bone cancer too!
Also on day seven I got aggressive and up the baking soda dosage to 3 teaspoons. This action even though I was getting slight headachy feeling. As you can see, I backed off to 2 teaspoons baking soda because I was getting a little nervous. Also, my headache was getting stronger. I vascilated between continuing with the higher dose or not. I really wanted to kill it. But I went with my feeling and reduced it.
1205 – BSM1BS3 Increased BS dosage to 3 teaspoons for this session
1800 – (Stix pH 7.75)
BSMBS2 got a little nervous about 3 teaspoons so I backed off
Day eight – I moved to doing the double dose three times a day. I want that pH to get up there. There could be some health issues with all this baking soda. But I already have health issues. I really don’t know what I am doing. I am going by feel. The pH is doing good.

Day nine – A little diarrhea but not much. I am feeling a little weak, but again, not much. Later as I thought back, it would have been a good idea to up my potassium intake. Larry mentioned that it is a must to take high dosage of potassium with cesium. My symptoms I am getting from baking soda are copying what Larry said are cesium taking symptoms. So next time I do baking soda I will add more potassium. That may help up my energy. Later I will let you know what vitamins and minerals I took while on this protocol. I sure like the oxygen feeling.

Note: Headache most of the day and part of yesterday. Sweaty late at night. Cut back to BSMBS2 only twice today.
Day eleven – my last day before I am scheduled for the big test. The body scan, that is, to check on the condition of my bones to see what is going on with the cancer.
06/12 0800 - (pH 8.0 and 7.5) Going down to 2 times a day
0910 – pH 7.25

Note: dropped to 1.5 teaspoons to see if it would help control headache. Loose stool and slight headache. Sweaty last night.
1020 – More diarrhea with slight yellow tinge. Note: cutting back because I felt like it. I felt like I was getting overloaded. I probably would not have dropped back if I was not going to have Body Scan at hospital tomorrow.
1300 – pH 8.35
So there you have it. That was my last day before the scan. I was hoping that I had reached my goal of maintaining pH 8.0 or above for 4 to 5 days. It may have been a stretch, but I think I reached it. Because of the differences in the pH papers and stix I was not 100% confident that I did enough. If I was not going to hospital the next day I would have continued for a few more days….Why did I quit? I really don’t know. Sometimes I just do things. Believe me I was nervous.
As you can see I named this dance “I got hit by a Rainbow.” Now remember….my dosage of Baking Soda is what I used – each person is different. I would suggest that you use muscle testing; or like in my case – I used dowsing to find out what dosages to take. When I took the BS, I did not use anything to figure out what to take. I just did it!
Now when I did take it I did not take it in regards to whether or not bicarbonate of soda would interfere with my digestion process. So if I were someone taking BS to change my pH I would take the baking soda solution two hours before or 2 hours after eating. Gotta give those stomach acids time to digest food.

Taking the Molasses
To get the best benefits from blackstrap, I recommend taking at least one tablespoon of it per day, first thing in the morning. This could be viewed as a 'maintenance' dose (i.e. a dose that provides the body with minerals). Personally, I feel that the best way to take the blackstrap is in a mug of warm water (boil the kettle and mix the tablespoon of blackstrap into the hot water, then either wait for the mixture to cool, or add cold water to make it of drinkable temperature) with a straw. I recommend straws because blackstrap molasses is sugary, so the straw will help the blackstrap bypass the teeth.
Do not expect the blackstrap molasses to improve your hair immediately, however. If your hair is graying, you will need to wait a few months (of taking at least one tablespoon a day) to notice real changes. How and When to Take the Molasses

3) Using ginger and turmeric
I’ve always been a fan of taking herbal remedies such as garlic whenever I feel under the weather, so when I learnt that ginger and turmeric were useful for healing uterine issues, I jumped right on board.
In vitro tests show that ginger kills ovarian cancer cells. Turmeric, which is also a root in the ginger family, has also been shown to have a positive effect on ovarian cancer cells.
Ginger Tea recipe (delicious!): As many fresh ginger slices as I can manage in a cup of hot water with a little bit of brown sugar to taste. Leave to steep for 15-20 minutes in a covered cup and top off with freshly-squeezed lemon juice (from half a lemon). This was delicious and became an almost daily drink for me.
A second method is by juicing. If you have a juicer, you can also extract fresh ginger juice. To save time, I like to make a big batch at once and freeze the ginger juice in ice cube trays. I then store these in a container in the freezer and pop in a few cubes in my drink whenever I want. It tastes really good in chilled lemon juice with a bit of sugar. Be warned though — this makes for a much more spicy drink than the hot tea method above.
Turmeric concoction (much less tasty): To change up the routine a bit, some days I would also take a half teaspoon of turmeric powder in a little hot water with a pinch of sea salt for taste. This didn’t taste good so I only have it occasionally. It wasn’t too unpleasant, just a little bitter and chalky. This is the kind of drink to take quickly, and I downed it like a shot.
Interestingly, once I started drinking turmeric, I noticed that when I started feeling a little under the weather, I would start craving a turmeric drink. As oddly tasting as it was, my body wanted it. And it worked too. I rarely get sick, but I remember being hit by a particularly bad flu that was going around once, and it was because of turmeric that my symptoms were much less severe than what others around me seemed to be experiencing.
Magnesium chloride (which I ingest and apply transdermally on my skin) and magnesium citrate have proven to be a great nerve soother and relaxer. More importantly, magnesium is antagonistic to calcium. Thus, it helps dissolve the calcium deposits in ovarian cysts.
A wonderful side effect for me has been a drastic improvement in the texture of my breast tissue. Not only has the general “lumpiness” disappeared, but a hard, benign lump that I have had for many years softened and shrank drastically thanks to iodine and magnesium chloride. I’m positive it will disappear completely over time. (If your breasts get sore/swollen during or before menstruation, try painting them with iodine tincture. I got almost instant relief when I painted my breasts the first time. And the brown stain disappeared very quickly, a sign that my poor breasts were sucking up the iodine. )

I buy ginger root from the health food store and get a piece about the size of the palm of my hand. I determine the freshness by breaking off a piece. The skin should be tight and when you break a piece, it should snap off. If it’s weak, softer and doesn’t have a crisp, clean break, its old and should not be eaten.Always wash ginger and although some people peel it, I leave the skin on without peeling it. I do cut off the gnarly, dark edges though.
Break or cut off a piece about the size of your thumb and slice it thin (see image above).
Here are two simple ways to make ginger tea:
1 – Put the ginger slices in a pot of water and turn up the heat until it boils. As soon as it boils, take it off the heat and let it cool for 5 – 10 minutes.
2 – Boil some water and add the hot water to your cup of ginger and let steep for 5 – 10 minutes.
I don’t strain the pieces of ginger out (I leave them in and chew on them when finished with the tea). Then, just before you drink it, while its still hot, squeeze in an entire lemon and add a tiny pinch of cayenne pepper and mix it up. Do not add honey or any sweetener. That will do the trick.

In the case of a painful joint, apply a pack and secure it with an ace bandage. Keep the pack on the body continuously and reapply castor oil every 24 hours. For back pain, lay on a castor oil pack for 90 minutes every day for 5 days. (See instructions below.) In severe cases, you may have to repeat this course 3 times over a period of 3 weeks.
Third, castor oil packs are used for cleansing and regulating the internal organs. For disorders relating to the digestion, intestines, liver, lungs or reproductive organs a series of castor oil packs on the abdomen for 90 minutes a day can have remarkable effects.
How the castor oil pack works is not fully understood. Directions for applying a castor oil pack
A castor oil pack is made from cotton flannel or disposable cotton padding which is used to absorb and hold the castor oil during application. The flannel is saturated with cold-pressed castor oil and applied directly to the area being treated. A common area to apply the castor oil pack is across the abdomen, covering the entire area from the sternum to the pubic bone. A second common area is across the low back from the sacrum to the waist. Also, it's common to use a small castor oil wrap over a sprained finger, wrist, ankle or other joints.
To make a castor oil pack, you will need the following supplies:
• Disposable under-pads or bed liners, available at most drug store. These should have a plastic liner on one side and a layer of cotton flannel on the other

1. Place the heating pad on the bed and turn it on to a low setting.
2. Place a full size disposable bed liner, with plastic side down, on top of the heating pad for protection.
3. Cut another section of bed liner approximately 10" X 14", if doing an abdominal pack, or 8" X 14" for the low back, or a smaller section as needed for other parts of the body. Apply the castor in the middle of the flannel side, with the plastic side against the heating pad. Apply enough castor oil to soak the flannel but not so much that it will run over the edges. Place this cut section, plastic side down, on top of the larger liner but aligned with the heating pad underneath.
4. Apply castor oil to the abdomen or low back... enough to cover the area but not dripping. Wipe your hands with paper towels that are close by.
5. When you are ready to begin, lie down on the bed and flip the castor oil pack and heating pad on to your abdominal area and relax. Or, for the low back, lie down on the pack and adjust your position so that the pack covers the area from the sacrum to the waist. The heat should be comfortable but not too hot. It's best to use the low setting to avoid a burn in case you fall asleep during the treatment.
General application time is between 1-2 hours.
After your session, wipe the area clean with paper towels. It's ok to leave a thin film of oil on your body. Or, you may take a shower.
Carefully fold the castor oil pack and liner and store in a plastic bag between uses. Be sure to keep the pack out of the sun and in a cool dark place. Castor oil packs made from disposable liners may be used 8 to 10 times.
After 3 days of using the castor oil pack take about 1 teaspoon of olive oil (NOT castor oil) by mouth. This is taken in the evening before bed.

practitioner should know that oral intake of sodium bicarbonate offers an
instant and strong shift of blood pH into the alkaline. So strong is the effect
that athletes can notice the difference in their breathing as more oxygen is
carried throughout the system and as more acids are neutralized.i
All cancer sufferers and in fact every chronic
disease patient should hold clearly in mind that pH is the regulatory authority
that controls most cellular processes. The pH balance of the human bloodstream
is recognized by medical physiology texts as one of the most important
biochemical balances in all of human body chemistry. pH is the acronym for
"Potential Hydrogen". In definition, it is the degree of concentration of
hydrogen ions in a substance or solution. It is measured on a logarithmic scale
from 0 to 14. Higher numbers mean a substance is more alkaline in nature and
there is a greater potential for absorbing more hydrogen ions. Lower numbers
indicate more acidity with less potential for absorbing hydrogen ions.
The bicarbonate maple syrup (Molasses as an
alternative to maple syrup detailed later in this article ) cancer treatment
focuses on delivering natural chemotherapy in a way that effectively kills
cancer cells but significantly reduces the brutal side effects experienced with
most standard chemotherapy treatments. In fact so great is the reduction that
the dangers are brought down to zero. Costs, which are a factor for the majority
of people, of this particular treatment are nil. Though this cancer treatment is
very inexpensive, do not assume it is not effective. The bicarbonate maple syrup
cancer treatment is a very significant cancer treatment every cancer patient
should be familiar with and it can easily be combined with other safe and

The bicarbonate maple syrup treatment works in reverse to
IPT. Dr. Tullio Simoncini acknowledges that cancer cells gobbles up sugar so
when you encourage the intake of sugar it’s like sending in a Trojan horse. The

colonies because the baking soda is going to kill the cells before they have a
chance to grow. Instead of artificially manipulating insulin and thus forcefully
driving down blood sugar levels to then inject toxic chemo agents we combine the
sugar with the bicarbonate and present it to the cancer cells, which at first

combination of pure, 100% maple syrup and baking soda and was first reported on
the Cancer Tutor site. When mixed and heated together, the maple syrup and

into the cancer cell by the maple syrup, being very alkaline forces a rapid
shift in pH killing the cell. The actual formula is to mix one part baking soda
with three parts (pure, 100%) maple syrup in a small saucepan. Stir briskly and
heat the mixture for 5 minutes. Take 1 teaspoon daily, is what is suggested by
Cancer Tutor but one could probably do this several times a day.
It is very important not to use baking soda which has had
aluminum added to it. The Cancer Tutor site reports that Arm and Hammer does
have aluminum but the company insists that is not true. One can buy a product
which specifically states it does not include aluminum or other chemicals. (e.g.
Bob's Red Mill, Aluminum-Free, Baking Soda). Sodium bicarbonate is safe,
extremely inexpensive and unstoppably effective when it comes to cancer tissues.
It’s an irresistible chemical, cyanide to cancer cells for it hits the cancer
cells with a shock wave of alkalinity, which allows much more oxygen into the
cancer cells than they can tolerate. Cancer cells cannot survive in the presence
of high levels of oxygen. Studies have already shown how manipulation of tumor
pH with sodium bicarbonate enhances some forms of chemotherapy.iii[iii]
The maple syrup apparently enables and increases penetration
of bicarbonate into all compartments of body, even those which are difficult or
impossible to penetrate by other means. These compartments include the central
nervous system (CNS), through the blood-brain barrier, joints, solid tumors, and
perhaps even the eyes. IPT makes cell membranes more permeable, and increases
uptake of drugs into cells. The maple syrup will make tissues more permeable,
too. It will transport the bicarbonate across the blood-brain barrier and every
other barrier in the body for sugar is universally needed by all cells in the
body. The essence of IPT is that it allows cancer drugs to be given in a smaller
dose, far less toxic to normal cells, while building up lethally toxic
concentrations in cancer cells. Both IPT and bicarbonate maple syrup treatments
use the rabid growth mechanisms of the cancer cell against them.
Apple Cider Vinegar
No one knows exactly why or how it
works, but anecdotal evidence supports the use of apple cider vinegar to help
shrink and dissolve ovarian cysts. According to Dr. John Christopher, a
potassium deficiency may be the cause of cyst formation, and changing your
eating habits to consume more potassium may be helpful. Apple cider vinegar is
high in potassium, and this may be one of the reasons it is helpful in the
treatment of ovarian cysts. Christopher recommends taking apple cider vinegar
along with several other herbs such as burdock root, chaparral, cayenne, yellow
dock, mullein and plantain.
The People's Pharmacy Guide to Home and Herbal
Remedies also mentions use of apple cider vinegar for the treatment of cysts.
Mix 1 to 2 tablespoons of vinegar with 1 tablespoon of black strap molasses and
8 ounces of warm water. Drink one or two glasses daily to help shrink the cyst.
It may also help relieve stomach bloating associated with the cyst. Consult a
natural health practitioner for additional guidelines concerning the use of
apple cider vinegar.

1) GELATINE DRINK - Drink AM and PM on an empty stomach - one half hour
before food or two hours after food. If consumed with food, the Gelatine will be
processed like food. If consumed on an empty stomach, with warm water, the

Preparation: We find it is best to heat some water on the
stove, about the same temperature as if you were making a hot beverage. Pour

Next, empty the contents of one Knox Gelatine into your water. Stir your water

DAILY DRINKING MIX
Dr. Benedict Lusk recommends taking an
average of one to three tablespoons per day of Apple Cider Vinegar. He also
recommends taking it with Honey and Blackstrap Molasses for greater health
benefits.
Dr. John Christopher also recommends adding Honey and Blackstrap
Molasses to the vinegar drink, “for even greater health benefits.”
Jeannie and I have been experimenting on ourselves and we
found that using a mixture of anywhere from one to three tablespoons of each
ingredient, per 32 ounce BPA free Lexon drinking bottle, to be very healthy and
quite tasty. Jeannie prefers one teaspoon of each of the three primary
ingredients: Vinegar, Molasses, and Honey. Sometimes she will increase the Apple
Cider Vinegar portion to one tablespoon. I prefer a drink with a bit more punch.
(I have a very intense, physical activity load.) I usually mix four tablespoons
of Apple Cider Vinegar, with two and one/half tablespoons each of Molasses and
Honey per 32 ounces. I have noticed my body now yearns for this beverage. If we
go out to eat, I take my Lexon bottle, filled beverage mixture, into the
restaurant with me. I ask for an empty glass for water, then put my beverage
into it. Sometimes I wonder if other patrons think I may be bringing in
something else. But I don’t worry about what other people may think. I do what
is healthy for my body.

HOW
TO MIX
I mix for two 32 ounce bottles at a time. I place ALL contents in one
bottle, swish lightly, then pour half the contents into the second bottle. Then
top both off with hot tap water. (Faster and more convenient than mixing one
bottle at a time.) I always add my baking soda first, then the vinegar. (Eight
tablespoons, or four ounces TOTAL of vinegar, for both of the 32 ounce bottles.)
The Vinegar and baking soda will fizz for a while. If you add the vinegar in
last, then shake that primary mixing bottle, you will have sprayed your walls
with your concentrated mixture. (It will squirt out like shaking up a can of
warm soda pop, when opening it.)
I begin by: (1) Adding the baking soda to
my primary mixing bottle (first bottle) (one teaspoon for both bottles which
ends up being one/half teaspoon for each bottle), (2) Then the electrolytes
(one/half teaspoon for both bottles), (3) Then the Vinegar, eight tablespoons or
four ounces, combined, for both bottles. While the baking soda and vinegar are
fizzing, I prepare the molasses and honey. I use two separate glasses, each are
marked at the five tablespoon level. (4) I pour my five tablespoons of honey in
one glass cup, and (5) my five tablespoons of molasses in the other cup. I use
hot tap water (our well water) to dissolve the honey and molasses (vigorous
stirring required). Then pour into the first bottle. By now the first bottle is
getting pretty full and the vinegar and baking soda are finished fizzing. That
is when I gently swish the first bottle, then pour half the contents into the
second bottle. I top off both bottles with more hot tap water. I am good for the
day. No refrigeration needed.
Alternative mixing suggestion: The above mixing suggestions
works good for us because we add magnesium, glucosamine, and sometimes Vitamin C
(all are in powder form) to our gelatine drink. When mixing only gelatine,
another method is first to add only about one inch of tap water to your glass,
then dump in the gelatine, then swish your glass until the gelatine dissolves.
It will be pretty thick at this point. Then add in your hot water and swish your
glass around some more. This method eliminates the need to stir with a spoon.
As a hard working person who not only burns his candle from
both ends, but lights a blow torch to the whole candle, my “crutch” used to be
some form of soda beverage. For my palate, there are NO soda beverages that even
come close to the taste I have developed for the stronger beverage mixture, as
described above. My strong mixture, gives me needed energy throughout the entire
day, with fantastic nutritional health benefits. In addition to the taste factor
alone, this health drink is very life giving. The soda drinks are life taking.
We usually consume two full bottles per day of our
individualized drinks. Mine is the strong mix and Jeannie’s the weaker mix. We
mix up a fresh batch every morning. It can be left in the car, or in the office,
without refrigeration, and the taste and health benefits remain the same. (Try
doing this with soda pop. Yuk!)

When someone
asks me how to prevent cancer it takes me about 3 nanoseconds to process their
question, about 2 nanoseconds to decide on the best cancer prevention protocols
and about 1 second to give my answer: the Bob Beck Protocol.
The average person has about 2 pounds of microbes in their
body. Some of these microbes are the microbes that cause cancer. But the vast

Prevention Protocol #4: Asparagus

“practice medicine”. So, why not experiment on yourself and save the money and
the pain. But by all means change your diet to a natural and alkaline diet. And
make baking soda a part of that diet.
The physicians will charge you a lot of money to take a pH
test of your blood, but you can start monitoring the pH, yourself, by purchasing
some pH test strips from a pharmacy. Test your tongue pH in the morning as well
as your urine pH. Practice some yoga or Tai Chi Chuan or other deep breathing
exercises and go on long walks to enjoy fresh air and your days on Earth. As
your blood pH moves back up to the alkaline side of the chart, your deep
breathing will fully oxygenate your blood. The cancer cells cannot survive all
of that fresh oxygen so they die. And your T-killer cells, being full of vigor,

This is not advice that a cancer doctor will give you but it
is advice that you can take whether you accept his treatments or not. After all,

Christopher recommends taking apple cider vinegar along with several other herbs such as burdock root, chaparral, cayenne, yellow dock, mullein and plantain.
The People's Pharmacy Guide to Home and Herbal Remedies also mentions use of apple cider vinegar for the treatment of cysts. Mix 1 to 2 tablespoons of vinegar with 1 tablespoon of black strap molasses and 8 ounces of warm water. Drink one or two glasses daily to help shrink the cyst. It may also help relieve stomach bloating associated with the cyst. Consult a natural health practitioner for additional guidelines concerning the use of apple cider vinegar.
1) GELATINE DRINK - Drink AM and PM on an empty stomach - one half hour before food or two hours after food. If consumed with food, the Gelatine will be processed like food. Dr. Benedict Lusk recommends taking an average of one to three tablespoons per day of Apple Cider Vinegar. He also recommends taking it with Honey and Blackstrap Molasses for greater health benefits.
Dr. John Christopher also recommends adding Honey and Blackstrap Molasses to the vinegar drink, “for even greater health benefits.”
HOW TO MIX
I mix for two 32 ounce bottles at a time. I place ALL contents in one bottle, swish lightly, then pour half the contents into the second bottle. Then top both off with hot tap water. (Faster and more convenient than mixing one bottle at a time.) I always add my baking soda first, then the vinegar. (Eight tablespoons, or four ounces TOTAL of vinegar, for both of the 32 ounce bottles.) The Vinegar and baking soda will fizz for a while. If you add the vinegar in last, then shake that primary mixing bottle, you will have sprayed your walls with your concentrated mixture. (It will squirt out like shaking up a can of warm soda pop, when opening it.)
I begin by: (1) Adding the baking soda to my primary mixing bottle (first bottle) (one teaspoon for both bottles which ends up being one/half teaspoon for each bottle), (2) Then the electrolytes (one/half teaspoon for both bottles), (3) Then the Vinegar, eight tablespoons or four ounces, combined, for both bottles. While the baking soda and vinegar are fizzing, I prepare the molasses and honey. I use two separate glasses, each are marked at the five tablespoon level. (4) I pour my five tablespoons of honey in one glass cup, and (5) my five tablespoons of molasses in the other cup. I use hot tap water (our well water) to dissolve the honey and molasses (vigorous stirring required). Then pour into the first bottle. By now the first bottle is getting pretty full and the vinegar and baking soda are finished fizzing. That is when I gently swish the first bottle, then pour half the contents into the second bottle. I top off both bottles with more hot tap water. I am good for the day. No refrigeration needed.
